How to choose good keywords for your hub to attract traffic?
I am new to hubpages. Some tips on this would really help.
I just write about things that I can't find online elsewhere. If I want to know the answer and used search terms and it can't be found then I bet on the fact that those keywords are useful.
Some of my hubs are just because I liked the topics - some have made it on those keywords, but not as many.
If you can find a niche that you love and that there is little info on you will have it made.
The best thing to do is to have a keyword you want as the major point of view and add that phrase or word a few times throught the article. Its been said if your title is phrased as a question as an example it may dr.
You should get familiar with Google Adwords. Writing on a hub topic that only have 1-2 searches per month would be very challenging in getting traffic.
However, topics with billions of searches might get you into huge competition red ocean.
So, find the middle path for start. Good luck.

I've been updating and removing hubs. I haven't settled on a plan for good hubs that don't get traffic. Curious what others do. My top 40 hubs are 85% of traffic. I culled the heard and have been focused on my best hubs.Once I'm through them I'll come up with a plan for the rest.

I had a hub that was receiving around 1,300-1,500 views per day. It was chosen as Editor's Choice. It then dropped by about 1,000 views per day. I opted out of the program, but that hub is no longer showing in Google for the keywords that brought it all the traffic before EC messed it up. How can I...
