Which is better in terms of generating views (and thus earnings): creating good hubs in short intervals (i.e. everyday or every other day) or creating great hubs in relatively longer intervals (i.e. once a week)?

No, pumping out 1,000 hubs in a year does not guarantee you'll make something. =) On the other hand, there was a user here who was making thousands a month with just 20 hub.
well Wry, if you have 1,000 hubs and each one averages 2 views a day which is bad, but would happen, then you will make about 100 a month.. At the same time, you can make a lot with 20 hubs, you just need to corner the market.
