Usually, as soon as I publish an hub it shows up in the hubs section (top) of my profile page, but yesterday I published one and nothing... Anyone experiencing the same?

Thanks Daisy, this helped to resolve my query :)
So if I correct a small typo, the hub goes out of the loop for 24 hours?
If you correct *anything* or even click on "edit" and then change your mind and not edit anything, the 24-hour "pending" clock is reset, and the 24-hour waiting period starts all over again.
But that's new, right? Because it's the first time I notice this... I'm really tired of all these changes all the time...
Yeah, there have been so many changes over the last few months, it is crazy. I have noticed that my keyboard hasn't changed, at least... Ha!
There has been many changes as of late, but I suppose they are trying to make our experience here better. It is impossible to make everyone happy and change is inevitable. I have faith in this site and I know that in the end it will be positive.
update - it looks like everyone else is right about the hub idling for 24 hours before it makes an appearance. Mine is in place now.
Honestly, I don't think that 24 hours of pending status on new hubs is hurting me. I was a little annoyed about the idle feature at first, but it has forced me to revamp some hubs that aren't doing anything, anyway, and that's a good thing.
Crystal, I totally agree with you. I actually published and then unpublished to wait out the pending period. It had me too irritated. All of the hubs that I have published since this went into effect have had half the views and comments of previous.
I agree with Stephanie. My hubs that were idle deserved to be idle - they had issues and weren't of high quality. My views have gone up since I let my idle hubs stay idle until I can really improve them one at a time (and delete sorry ones).
