Should I remove hubs with lower ratings? Will that help or hurt my readership?

I agree with ithabise. It took my best producing hub at Google about a year to be in a state of consistent earning. Monitor the hubs. Like a cake you take it out of the oven and let it rise slowly or is that bread? Group your hubs by productivity.
