   Yes, but only if the photographer has given you permission to use it.  You can ask the photographer for permission, or find photographs that have a creative commons license.
   
   There are easy ways to find photographs that you have permission to use.  Some are outlined in this Learning Center article:

      Thanks!  There are certain rules to be followed, while uploading photos from google. That's why I asked this question. Thanks for your response.

      If you think there's nothing wrong with it, you need to get educated. ALL images on the net are copyright unless there's a statement with the photo giving permission to use it.  So most of the images on Google Images aren't legal to use.

   Only if you use the Advanced Search and search for images that are available for commercial use (because you're earning money from your Hubs, that counts as commercial).   You can't use any of the others.

   There are also a lot of rules on whether people have a case to sue you or not if you use their images.  If your use of their images promotes their product, affects their market in a positive way, or drives traffic to them, they will have a much harder time trying to sue you.  As well, most people won't claim copyright issues, and the best way to get around the average person is to attribute it to them and put a link to whatever site they may have.  And in almost all cases, they are required to send you a cease and desist notice before filing a suit, so that protects you from the random wanker that makes lawsuits their living. 
   
   I'd suggest if you use images, especially the property of large businesses and independent artists, link to their sites and acknowledge it is made by them, it will nullify most actions they can take against you.  If they send you a cease and desist, just remove the image.  It doesn't hurt to ask as well, but it's in my nature to be practical and most people won't respond to your requests and probably will never find out you're using the image in the first place.

   Yes, go ahead and use images but follow the wise advice that others have written here. When you can, get free images from those websites that offer that service and credit the source whenever possible.
   It is not always easy though . . . I recently pulled an image for a hub I am writing. It is an old graphic – probably World War I era. The problem was that it can be found on all types of websites and blogs and I have no idea which of those (if any) are the actual source. I’m going to use it anyway and list the source as unknown. If someone objects, I will remove it.
