129 published hubs and no AdSense ads on any of them- please help!
Hello, I have tried the forum but didn't get much of response.. I'm trying to figure out what is going on- I see NO Google ads on ANY of my hubs and I have about 129 published hubs. I completed the pin process over two years ago and I cant' imagine all of my 129 hubs in violation of terms. They aren't flagged in any way and my AdSense account is still active. There is just a white block on all my hubs where the ads used to be. Has anyone else had this happen? What can I do?
Have you signed up for the HubPages ad program? As far as Google, are their crawlers combing your Hubs? Do your E-mails match on all accounts? Other than these things I see no reason why you aren't getting Google ads. Are you adding your Hubs physically to Adsense?
TY for replying I am on the HP ad prog, don't know abt crawlers..emails do match. I don't know how to physically add hubs to Adsense. the ads have just always appeared on my hubs but now only blank spaces. How do I physically add them to AS?
Go to your adsense account, In the top left corner it will says ads, click on it and then click URL channels, add your Hubs URL to the list. Good luck.
Do you have any other websites that you use adsense on? if you do, and if they are working fine, then I would guess it is a problem with hubpages. Most of the ads on hubs are through the hubpages ad program if you're signed up for that, so this might be a problem with hubpages.
I would try contacting them. Perhaps try the forums again under problems/bugs/issues.
Check in your hubpages earnings area to make sure everything is still setup correctly. Have your earnings from hubpages stopped? What about your adsense earnings, have they stopped? Hope this gives you some ideas.
TY for your reply.. I don't have any other sites with AS. I did contact HP & they said it was a prob w/AS. I still get my earnings from HP ad prog but my AS earnings are basically nill for months now. Will give the forum another try...Thank you
Well, I usually make much more on hubpages through the hubpages ad program than Google Adsense but it still is not fun to lose out on that income stream. My only other suggesting would be to poke around your adsense account page for problems there.
There are a few suggestions for missing ads in HubPages FAQ section:
http://hubpages.com/faq/#adsense-does-not-appear
Go to question 6. I am wondering if perhaps your ad level (the 1st bullet point) is set to none. However, I think this can be set hub-by-hub, so I doubt you changed it 129 times, but it's worth a glance.
ktrapp- thank you so much for your reply.. I checked and they are all set to ad level high.. so still don't know what the heck is going on.. thank you for the suggestion though.... I guess I'll figure it out eventually :0/
So I see you have your ads back. Just curious, did you find out what the cause was for them disappearing?
ktrapp- HP told me that they had been in contact with Google and G told them a mistake was made regarding my account & that they were working on getting the ads restored. Just so glad it's resolved. TY for checking back with me
You do need to contact TeamHubpages. Maybe they can give you a number or email with which to contact Google. I wish you all the best. I've given up.
Garifilia- I already contacted HP staff.. unfortunately they do not seem to know why this is happening and said it was either my hubs have a violation (all 129???) or I haven't finished pin process ( which I did 2 years ago)
Sorry to hear that Jamie, really. I think that their answers are just not good enough. When something happens on a site, those who are in control should be able to find the answers. I believe they should be able to contact Google. Good luck.
What happened unlinked your google adsense account and reconnecting it, have you checked on the google adsense website if Hubpage is showing up at all ? Just thinking out loud here. I hope you'll be able to sort it out soon.
Hi fab Apparently, everything is OK now. A mistake had been made regarding my account according to HP and the ads are restored now. I am relieved to finally have it figured out..thank you for your reply

I've heard people talk about turning off Adsense to earn more from the Hubpages program, but I'm really confused about how this works. Does HubPages pay better than Adsense? I thought Adsense was required to make money on HubPages and the two incomes were added up in your daily earnings. Can...

Does the Hubpages Ad Program effect Google Ads earnings? My Google earnings seem to have gone down significantly since adding the Hubpages ad program.

On browsing the forum, I have become aware that we can't earn on HubPages without AdSense. This is a grim realization for me.I have 29 featured hubs that are generally considered to be of reasonable quality. I applied for an AdSense account over a year ago, and since then I've had nothing. When I...

I just wrote a Hub last week entitled "Adam Lambert Sexed for Success". It did quite well, in fact it receive over 1700 views in less than a week. (that's good for me, anyway). My overall ranking on hubpages as of this morning was 96. The article was ranked anywhere from 87 - 93 and the...

I must have missed an announcement, but I have noticed a section down the right side of my hubs (as well as other hubs) and along the bottom called "related ads". I haven't clicked on them as that is a no-no, but am curious what they bring up. There also seem to be a lot more...

I've never generated a cent from these two programs and they've also never really worked properly. Constantly my adsense claims its active then I'm not approved, then it just mucks up everything. I'm not making any money on hubs as it is but this isn't helping anything.
