   What is it about Hubpages that makes it so addictive?
   
   HubPages can be addictive. Do you spend hours trapped on here? What is it that gets you hooked?

   It's filled with people who are much crazier than the people on Reddit.

   It's several things for me.
   
   First is was the challenge of seeing if I could really make money. It's like a game, to try to earn more than the last month.
   
   But then as I started interacting more in the forums and answers, it became more about the people.
   
   Sure I still challenge myself to beat my earnings from the previous month, but I really love the people.

   For me yes.. I do spend way to much time here.. Whether it is answering peoples comments on my game hubs, finding new things to write about, re-working my old hubs to make them better, creating new quality to be posted, I spend hours here.. I still do not have much time to go on the forums, or answer questions, and even when not on the website, I still find myself on my phone answering questions, and helping people who ask questions, or need me to assist them. While I don't mind doing it, I do spend a LOT of time on here.

   I think it's all the different stuff you can do on here. Publishing hubs, answering questions, asking questions, reading other people's hubs, the list goes on.
