Has your hubs traffic started to improve from the Google update?

I don't know if its just wishful thinking but I believe I am seeing a slight change.

I'm not aware of any Google update. I thought it was just from me slowly going through my hubs and doing updates, edits and upgrades. In fact, I'm currently at 990 views. Just ten more to reach that 1K milestone. Yay!

Congrats on your success! There was an update and it wiped out may writers. I started updating my hubs and I suspect I have experiencing a drop from too much activity. But, I have not heard anyone say that they have recovered from Google yet.

Thank you. I do hope your numbers go up. In fact, reading your work is on my list of things to do. Perhaps later this evening. Oh, and at last look, I was up to 998. Almost there! smile

My views seemed to increase last week, but this weekend hasn't gone very well.

I thought some of my older articles seemed to get more views this week and more comments but I didn't realize there was any particular reason for it as sometimes an article may get read and shared a few times on my FB. Anyway whatever the reason it is always good to get new traffic and every bit helps. Although as on trend I thought my newer stuff might be viewed more this weekend than it was.

No my traffic has not recovered yet.  My views are still at least 40% down since the last Google update.

Even I can not get a hub published, how can the traffic raise!

My hubs took a big hit after the update, however they have finally started to recover. i find that some of my higheer scoring hubs are now performing better than they were before whereas my lower scorers are getting even less views.

No, not at all. I'm getting virtually no views at all so I've given up writing on Hubpages at the moment. I like the community here but if you just get a few views from fellow hubbers and then nothing, there doesn't seem much point.  I don't know what part of the alogrithm took my small numbers of views away, since I don't have any duplicate content or loads of keywords. That's what gets to me - I like to understand things. If I wrote on another site, or wrote more "useful" stuff, how do I know things would be any better?  It's interesting to know some people did get their views back, though.
