How many Staff Members are there on the Hub Pages?

   How many Staff Members are there on the Hub Pages?
   
   There are 18 Staff Members listed along with their photographs on the "meet the team" page. However there are 21 Staff Members listed at the bottom of the "about us" page. That's a difference of 3 people, and a little bit confusing. Has one of those pages not been updated or have 3 staff members been let go? What's the actual number of staff members 18, 21, or another number?

   137,699 Published Users represent the Hubpages community (11/08/2012). Those you have pointed out in this User's view are paid professionals of the leadership core. The remaining users or 'us' are business partners in some form unless declared a non-business enterprise. The question becomes are the remaining affiliate marketers only users or are they staff members too.
   
   Again, a personal perspective is I view 'you' Goody5 as a staff member as well as a hubber. I seek to learn from you as both a leader and co-hubber. What bears on the view I am sharing is the 'job' description' along with those tasks, duties, and responsibilities of position. To my knowledge, which is faulty, is all of the core leadership staff members, whom are paid professionals, do have a hub site and contribute within the community.
   
   The remaining questions you asked I have not an answer.

   Don't forget the Sprites, Dwarfs and Elves that keep it going at night! I think Simone lets them stay in the office, but keeps the cookies in the top cupboard other wise they will eat all the staff supplies by morning!

   The last I heard, which was just a few weeks back, there were 21 staff members working for HP.

   Nothing has been officially announced, but it appears that 3 staff members are no longer on HP staff.  The page that lists 21 probably has not been updated.

   Well I believe Micki, Jason and Ari have all gone in recent weeks which would drop the total to 18.

   Goody5:  I don't have a clue about the secret machinations going on behind the interface of HubPages.  I've never had anyone contact me personally.  They don't seem to give a damn if you are in need of basic information.  This distancing between the Hub employees and the writers is off-putting.  The personnel are probably making a bundle off our sweat but don't have the decency to respond to a piece of correspondence.  I'll go on record as saying I have no love in my heart for Hub personnel.  If it weren't for the contacts with other writer, I'd blow the whole thing off.
