How is a link to one's hub added to an Answer?

I have seen links in some Answers to the writer's hub. It says, 'Read More' or so. Would someone kindly tell me how such a link is added to one's Answers? Probably obvious but I haven't seen it yet.... Thanks.

Thanks. I understand the 2nd part, but what does it mean to 'answer the question as a hub'? Is there a way to link to one's existing hub when answering a question other than adding the url?
