My stats show only 10 percent of my readers leave comments. Is this typical?

Now Will, you know I can't compare myself to you! It's funny though to hear you comment because I seem to get more comments as time goes by. I think my followers read my stuff first and are just checking in on me, which is fine - comforting even.

I only worry I haven't left any room for comment. Like mine is the last word on the subject. God forbid. I have been known to bring the conversation of an entire room full of people to a halt with one comment. It's a curse!

Never heard that phrase, but it's given me something to think about. Thanks for your comment and you make a good point.

Speaking for myself, I sometimes do not know how to comment. For a political issue, I'm usually good for at least one reply. But, in other cases, the writer has outlined the problem so well, that I feel there is nothing to add.
