    Making a list is a good idea...I read your hub, it is really interesting and I would like to try your advice. Since resolutions are difficult to follow and keep. Thanks for your answer.

    Loosing pounds is perhaps the most challenging resolution to keep. Even if it is achieved, chances are the weight comes back. But never loose hope and keep up the efforts. You would surely succeed, as in financial and professional goals. All the best
