Yes, the tag feature has been removed and they are automatically generated. Although, I would use your discription as a way to work in your keywords.

I have observed, if you share your hub on other sites, it is the summary which appears first. So, I understand if you write a good summary, it will attract readers.
You don't anymore, hubpages decided to do their automated crap that ruined our SEO.
The tags are automatically added now. This change was made a couple of months ago.
how? would I separate each word with a comma? or use quotation marks?
