What are your feelings regarding the banning of perfumes, colognes and body sprays ?

Many states are considering making this a law...are we slowly loosing ALL rights ? do you feel these laws are opening a " can of worms" ? where do we draw the line ?

Why are they considering this? Seems very odd to me, although I have read that some people are extra sensitive to strong perfume, it can give them migraine. I would certainly object to a law banning these items. It's a form of personal expression, choosing a scent to wear.

Probably because it's easier to just eliminate something rather than try to come up with a solution to accomodate everyone...and YES it is a form of expressing ones personality..

Some laws are good, but I think there are a lot of more important things for the law-makers to worry about. I understand that some people have a sensitivity, but I don't think making a law banning the use of scented items is the right way to go. If they create laws such as these, I don't know where they would draw the line. Some things in life should just be a personal choice.

Agree..there are far more important  things in this world we could concentrate on...let's get the drugs off the streets/stop bullying/make the punishment fit the crime..great comment, thanks.

I'd be a little happy, and upset by the news. Happy because I'm allergic to most perfumes and body sprays. Upset because everyone would smell bad and that shouldn't be up to the government. That definately crosses the line.

My point exactly..,,slowly but surely our rights are being taken away..and it starts with the little things..I am not a fan of heavy fragrances, but you're correct, as some people stink...
      thanks for your opinion...
