Do you make any money from referrals?

You know, referral trackers. Have you had any signups and do you make any money from them?

Well if you have folks who've signed up under your tracker...you absolutely are making money from any pages they've produced with adverts on them.

There's no way to NOT make money there...but of course the amount might be very very small.

I stopped doing links with a referral tracker in them a long time ago...I just figured I'd rather concentrate on the quality of my own content in regards to earning from Hubpages.  I'm just not a guy who can concentrate on too many different strategies at once.

Yes I have several, one that is somewhat active here.  I do not try to track how much money I make from referrals.

I have referrals and have not made one penny on them.  Another place I write, I have 7 sign ups and only 2 is doing anything. The rest signed up and have done nothing.

100 referrals doesn't mean a thing if they don't write articles.

Agreed. It's nice to see them, but if they aren't doing anything than that sucks the fun out of it.

I have quite a few referral sign-ups. 90% of the users don't write any Hubs or give up trying after a few low quality Hubs but a have a few good users (some much better than me frankly speaking) which I believe earns me money. I can't track how much of my money is coming from them under Hubpages ad program but from Amazon sales I can see most of the sales are from my referrals.
