If you mean a slideshow for all the images within a hub, then yes. If you put in a few images, I think two or five, then a slideshow will automatically be generated.
If you mean a slideshow of some of the hubs you've published, then yes, you can choose up to seven hubs to display in a rotating slide show on your profile page.
If you mean a slideshow tool for organizing all your hubs and how they are ordered and displayed, then, no. The closest thing is the Groups page under My Account, Hubs, where you can organize hubs into groups, and then put them in order in each group. If you do that, then, when people read the hubs, they will see a "previous hub" and "next hub" (kind of like a slideshow) where you can build a series.
Why not? It could be a good feature. But HubPages is cautious about encouraging series of hubs. While groups of related hubs on a single topic (which may or may not be one topic in the HubPages categories) are a very good idea - 15 to 40 hubs per topic is what I'm shooting for - it is also important that each hub stand alone as an article. This is essential, they have found, for success.
