Why such a panic among HP users that HP is losing traffic and a good amount of hubbers leaving HP?
Having read some of the comments by certain hubbers, it is clear that there is some panic among the HP users. They say that their traffic is going so low and they are planning of leaving HP Platform soon and some have even left for other green pastures. What's wrong? Can you clarify the developments?
sunilkunnoth2012, I don't know if it's as much about panic here at the hub pages as people are just getting sick and tired of all of the traffic killing changes. I've been keeping track of the numbers since last year, and they are not getting any better - http://goody5.hubpages.com/hub/Google-vs-the-Hub-Pages

Awhile back the team started unfeaturing articles due to lack of traffic. Many here think this is a bad idea, and I agree. Doing this upsets many writers and has nothing to do with quality or how Google views our work...except for the fact that leaving low or no traffic articles online...

I recently had a hub un-featured for engagement, as the half-circle indicates. I think this is an unfair practice and should be eliminated entirely. Here's why I feel this way:Our hub traffic is often affected by the time of year, holidays, seasons, and current events to name a few. If left alone,...

Your arrival has eclipsed a new feature that we were discussing in earnest when the merger was announced.HubberPro is a new feature. In a nutshell, HP has hired 7 excellent editors to help bring our hubs up to snuff. They will be doing fact checking, editorial corrections, updating images...
