What  all websites  do you use for marketing your hub ?

After I publish my article, I post it on Facebook, Twitter and Pinter-est. What all website do you prefer for marketing your hub?

Delicious,Stumbleupon,Twitter,Pinterest,Redgage,Digg & sometimes reditt also but it's too slow. I have had most success with Stumbleupon and least with digg.

    Hello Rumanasaiyed,

Use Fiverr and get someone to your backlinking for you for 5$. There's loads of other great services on there too. Be careful of some of the gigs where someone can get you 1,000,000 backlinks in 24 hours. Look for some of the manual gigs with lower numbers these are more likely people doing what you would have to do manually yourself.

I love fiverr, it saves loads of time.

I've seen those ads and considered it, but Fiverr doesn't give me a warm, fuzzy feeling in general, and most of the backlink ads seem less than transparent, so I worry that their backlinks are going to do more harm than good.

5 dollars is quite an investment. Some hubs might take years to earn that amount. I wouldn't allow anyone to spam my hub address around the web. If it's put in too many places, you'd end up being ranked down by google.

Since you are suggesting a black hat tactic (which you may not realize, but I know black hat seo when I see it), I thought I should warn that Google and other search engines frown upon that type of link building.  Maybe read a few of my hubs to learn

I use Tumblr, facebook, twitter, pinterest and then I Pingfarm.com my hubs. Does anyone know if pingfarm still works? It is a service that pings your urls to 80 sites at one time.

Facebook, RedGage and StumbleUpon are the main places I market my hubs these days.  Facebook mainly goes out to friends, RedGage drives some traffic, and so does StumbleUpon.  I've heard that Twitter is also quite effective, if you have a lot of followers.

I use Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google+, Bubblews, Chime.in. Bubblews is great because you can also earn money for your posts.

Do you put your entire hub on Bubblews or just a link?  I ask because as far as I am aware you are not allowed to duplicate your hubpages content.

How do you use bubblews? It looks more like hubpages than a sharing platform. Do you write an introduction to your hub with a link?

    3. janetwrites profile image80
janetwritesposted 10 years agoin reply to this

I write a short text which describes what the hub I wrote is about. Then I add the link. You are not allowed to duplicate your hubpages content as you mentioned.

Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Stumbleupon, like everyone else. I also solicit re-tweets on Twitter, which I imagine not many do. It brings in about 5% of my total traffic. Reddit, but judiciously. My DIY and Amateur Radio hubs I sprinkle around DIY and ham radio forums, which brings in a steady stream of views. I always ping blog posts and hubs to Pingler and/or Total Ping, but I wonder if it really does any good. I also use most of the free tools that Feedburner provides.

Mainly via Facebook and some Pinterest-ing, as well as some music and movie forums I belong to. Once in a while I'll put something on Reddit but I try not to abuse that site because they're very quick to "ban" you if you over-do it with linking.

There are multiple hub marketing strategies out there, but I personally use forums as a means to market my hubs.  For instance, first write hubs on topics that interest you, and join forums on the interest in those topic areas and become an active participant in those forums.  You can add your link to your hub at the bottom of your forum post.  If you post thoughtful interesting comments on the forum, the other users are sure to visit your hubs and see what other interesting insights you have to share.  Just my two cents on marketing your hubs on the web.

Google+ seems to be the best. Join google+ communities related to your interests and share there. Be respectful with your post by describing why you think it's worth their time to read and discuss it.

Don't waste your time marketing. Supply and demand will determine the popularity of your content. Create appealing content that is new, and in demand, Hubpages and Google do the marketing. Create the only source of something that everyone wants and they will click a path to your hubs.

I feel the same way, but as a result have never had the greatest numbers.  However, I do know that when someone reads my hubs it is because they found them honestly and want to read them.

After publishing a hub, I immediately share it on Facebook, Twitter and Pin Interest.  I need to do more promotional activities but don't have a sound knowledge on SEO operation.  But I am trying to master it.  Sometimes I also email link of the hubs to my friends.

I published a Hub called How to Increase Reader Traffic to Your Hub Articles that list all the sites I use to create back links with links so that if your really interested you can sign up and use them.

Also BeforeItsNews will allow members to write articles ( no compensation is offered ) but you can provide links to your hubs.

Most everyone has already mentioned the link-back sites they use to promote their Hubs. RedGage, and Pinterest have gained me solid new reads, Google+ on some Hubs, and on certain niche Hubs, I link with my blogs.

I also make sure to promote other artist's work as well as my own. I do not spam of flood facebook and twitter with my work, but shoot a few of my items out, and make sure to be on the look out for others who are promoting high quality and unique; un-stolen content.

maybe do a quick personal promo of your new hub(s). announce it to people you regularly email with the video link and tell them to share it with others. and subscribe to your youtube channel

Other than Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest, I prefer using Google+, Stumbleupon, delicious, friendfeed, jumpatgs. These social bookmarking sites are good to promote your article. I must say you should try on these sites.
