I have an email set up for things like this. It is for anything you aren't sure you want the hassle. I think they need an email address to answer and address the problem. That would address the safety and keep people from spamming your regular email. It also keeps your private email private. I have three emails now, my private one, my hubpages one, and one for complaints and not sure if I want to bother. They don't cost anything and helps keep the private one safe and secure.
