What are some things that you like about Hubpages?
Just wondering what others think of Hubpages especially compared to other sites?
I like the ease of creating hubs and the ability to earn money when people read my work. I also like the community because there are many good people here.
I love the Apprenticeship program. It has taught me so much about online writing. HubPages is also the most user-friendly writing site which brings ease with formatting and knowing that I've including everything I need for a stellar hub.
I also love the community.
I was considering the apprenticeship program however at the moment I am using the library so I do not think I would be able to do the program properly. I sure would like to sometime.
I like that I can share my writing with others and get feedback from time to time. I like that there is a community here that I can ask questions of or get advice from. And I like that I can post a variety of content.
I like an lot of things about HP. I enjoy that it is a social setting and we are all readers and writers with a very wide variety of interests. I enjoy the question feature as it can be helpful to get opinions from other readers who may have knowledge or exprience on the question at hand. I enjoy that I can write my own hubs and write whatever I choose to with in the sites guidelines as well as I have received several payments from HP and Google from my hubs, every little bit helps.
The community here is the best. If not for the community, I wouldn't still be here.
Besides that, I also like the Hub Tool. It allows you so much flexibility to create great hubs. I also like the Learning Center. There's a lot of helpful, legitimate advice there that can help you here on HubPages or on other sites too.
I also like that HubPages is taking steps to provide really great content and improve the user experience. It's kinda frustrating for older hubbers who are used to things being a certain way, but in the end, I think it's necessary.
I've tried Squidoo, Bubblews, SeekSuccess, and InfoBarrel. They all have their pros and cons, but to me HP is the best overall. At least as far as user-generated content sites are concerned.
I appreciate the support and encouragement that Hubpages provides.
Here there is a special friendly community, most of people want to support others. You can learn many things.
A platform to build good relationship, to sharpen our writing skill, to develop our confidence, to share our feeling, to listen what others say with passion, to broaden our over all general awareness or knowledge.....All these are the positive aspects I find with HP ever since I joined here. The pleasure of knowing someone reads our write up and leave precious comments and to gain a wide popularity on the cyber world, all these are added bonus. The community is the joyful nest of some lovable and cooperative people helping a mutual bond and benefit too as well.
I like the fact that the writers here are truely passionate about their chosen topics. It shows and makes the hubs more credible and interesting to read. I feel like I am surrounded by amazing people here, people who are not only talented but who care about the things that are most important.
Making a few bucks from writing down some thoughts that may or may not make sense to others and people seeking info.Made $60 this time. Thanks HP

I am really upset over the whole discussion about the Apprenticeship program. Now disgruntled hubbers want to have the badge removed form our profiles. When I became an "elite", when it was known as that, I was treated really badly by some petty hubbers. When I joined the AP program I fell...

Since I was turned down by HP regarding their apprenticeship program due to the fact that "you don't write well enough" (I so wish I didn't delete that email) yet I'm still allowed to write hubs which apparently are subpar then are they keeping me here so their pockets get fuller? ...

I logged in to Hubpages this morning to find that whereas previously, I had two unfeatured hubs that I have been intending to get around to editing or deleting, I now have 25 UNFEATURED for "lack of engagement".Whilst I appreciate that the older hubs may well need some work or in some...
