Rash of new hub accounts all following with no hubs etc.

I've had probably a dozen today. New signups with zero hubs they sign up and follow a bunch of hubbers. Does this mean my hubs are about to be scraped and posted all over the place? Why does this happen and is there not a way to block mass signups like this? I wish there was a way to not allow people to follow you.

Have you checked any of your recent hubs for plagiarism?

What else have you noticed? I've noticed this and a lot of strange comments on hubs for awhile that I never saw previously.

them being alerted about new hubs is my concern actually, that they'll take that hub and try to say it's theirs or something.

these are highly suspect though several in one day, follow immediately after signing up, and most have "sales" kind of names. I think it's not legit otherwise I would be thrilled :)
