Do you think Google Adsense has poor customer care service (for publishers) even with out email contact? Google Adsense application status and all other related queries were supposed to be addressed by Google customer care team keeping its brand value across the globe with largest network. We all know that Google is king and at this time there is no tough competition to Google. But still they don't have contact email except for premium customers ( I think who cross 25$ revenue). Do you think they should give importance to all customers and respond our q's with in 24 hours time frame.
