    If I apply for HubpagesAds program 1 yr later, do I get paid for the page views from the past hubs?

    sorry to say but no that is not an option, but if they have been on for a year you probably have some good followers maybe some other web content references your hubs which drives traffic. good luck

    No. You will only be paid from the time that you are accepted. Wouldn't this be nice though. smile

    No viewers would have seen your ads so you can't get paid for it.  Once Adsense is approved their ads will start to be displayed on your Hub.  You get paid for the ads that people see and/or click.  Until we have a time machine there is no way to capture lost opportunities.
