How can I contact the actually hub editors or help line. I am trying to set up Google AdSense.

I am using another person's email I do not have my own set up yet. Anyway every time I try to set up the Google AdSense it won't let me. Its either telephone number, password etc. I do not want this person's Google account to be tied to hubpages Google AdSense. When I try to set up new Google account I get the same mess. Wrong phone number, password blah, blah, blah. Very frustrating as I am not getting credit for my hubs. Is there a phone number, or way to e-mail the people who control this sight.

This site cannot decide if you are approved for Google Adsense or not (only Google can do that).

Have you checked out the FAQ section of this site to see what it says about Adsense? Look at the 'help' section (top right of this screen) and then check the bullet that mentions Adsense to find out more. Any problems you need to ask Adsense directly about, not Hubpages.

It take 2 minutes to set up your own email address anywhere. Why are you using someone else's?

If all else fails you can contact the Hubpages staff via email
    ' team@hubpages.com '

Just another slight point worth mentioning. Poetry doesn't really make money on Hubpages as SEO is not really used, and therefore any views are likely to be internal not from search engine traffic. Just don't want you to be too disappointed at the lack of income you are likely to see with or without an Adsense account.

For Google Adsense, directly go to the earning page of hubpages and then click the configure button of Google Adsense and register yourself.  You will get a number and your account will be activated.

In order to set up Google Adsense , you must have your own email address. You don't want to share emails/passwards and have that person see your personal information on Adsense. Plus, it will be confusing as you will end up using one email for two accounts. That person many have or want a Google Adsense account in the near future. Google Adsense only allows one account for that entire household.  You may have to use a different computer to make your own Adsense account and your own email address. To get started, go to the Google Adsense website and click the red sign up button at the top right. When your account is approved by your own email address, what ever you do, do not click on your ads. You will loose your Adsense account if you do.

I was going to help you with this issue, yet I see that mistyhorizon2003 and Corolla98 have already given you the correct replies/help. All I can suggest now is to take their advice. -- and step one is to create your own email.  Best of luck to you.

While I do believe that everyone has covered most of what you need to know, I did want to add one more thing. Google may not approve you immediately. They may choose to wait until they see that you are getting some traffic. Good luck and welcome to hubpages!

Lisa,  Try team@hubpages.com  They usually respond when emails are sent to that email.  That sounds more like a Google issue though.  Google tries to ensure people are who they are, which is why they require a dedicated email address.  Try starting over and create a Gmail account.

I have a suggestion but before I make it would like to know:

Is the Adsense account under your name? You mentioned another person's email address but not their name. How did you get your adsense approved through someone else's email? Was the account already active?

I'll make my suggestion based on your answer.
