What's the best way to save copies of my published hubs and to re-save them following later edits?

I read somewhere that it is not unheard of for a user generated website to close overnight without notice - heaven forbid :-( Any alternatives to simply copying and pasting my published hubs into Word as the back-up?

Hi duffsmom - I do that too but by the time I get to publishing, there are a number of changes made via start a new hub/hubtool. Plus subsequent edits/updates mean some of my hubs are twice the length they were when I first drafted them in Word, LOL.
