Do you get sweet attacks right after a meal?


I do when I am completely full from a meal. Just wondered if it is just me or do others have the same cravings?

    Yeah, it is chocolate for me but the good news is the dark chocolate is good for our heart (or so they claim) so that is all I buy and try to have a 2 block limit. lol

    I have no idea, but I have not always been that way...is it age do you suppose? lol I have though been buying dark chocolate which is better for you and eating just a bit of it, but when I run out..I am in trouble!

    I do try everything but I am mostly going to the dark chocs and limiting them.
