If you think that will help. I am also going through this and I have also 2 hubpages accounts. One is older than this hub account and has less hubs on this. This one is younger, has more hubs and more views and makes me more money. I created a second hub because like you I created several hubs that fell into one specific category (which is astrology). Even so, astrology is a very specialized topic that a lot of people simply don't care about or believe in. In the more recent months I opened up this hub to include different non-astrology hubs. I want to be able to work on both hubs but I don't think I am manage 2 because I am always on one account (and forget to log into the other a lot). I am still figuring it out on my end.
On your end, depending on your category and topic (s) it can do you good.
What specific category do you plan on writing about with your new hub account?
Do you plan on actively being on two hubpages accounts?
Do you spend alot of time writing and uploading hubs?
If you believe you can get readers and a specific audience, feel free to do it. I looked at your hub pages account and for someone who's been on for over a year you are in very good standing. 1 year, 59 hubs, over 100 subscribers, editors choice for at least 5 times, etc accolades. and with a hub score of 99. I believe you can do it. The only thing you may have to worry about is if you choose to delete hubs, onto this hub account and moving it over to your new account. It will be difficult because you have to remove all the links for your hubs you want to delete and move. I don't see you doing that but just in case keep that in mind.
Even so, if you don't mind splitting your time between 2 hub accounts, if you have the ability to multi-task and focus on one thing at a time while not neglecting quality and time on each hub account then do it. I don't think its necessary or worth the time, but it can be beneficial for you. Who knows? :)
