I know that HubScores are mostly algorithms, and I'm not obsessed with the score or anything, but I am wondering why my new Hub, which had a 95 HubScore starting out, plummeted 10 points in less than 24 hours, even when I got a comment on it? Does anyone know if I needed to do something different or what could have caused it? I was so excited to have a 95 HubScore straight off the bat, and now it's 85 and I don't know why. It's not a big deal, but it's kind of weird...

Yeah! We should not bother about it. let us concentrate more on viewership and good quality hubs.
Sorry, don't be suspicious like this. It is happening to all with no bias. It is simply some measurement of quality and activity done by electronic machines, I hope.
If you browse around Hubpages, you will find hubbers with no featured content and/or limited activity retain similar scores. If it is an attempt to quantify "quality", then modification is required. And can we quantify quality?
I am not sure, mbuggieh. But there happens to be something, we don't figure out. Why not the administration clear our points? Even though it ought not to be a point of worry, we should at least know the system.
