Editors Choice piece starting to fall drastically

I have one EC article in total, and when it was selected, it was like a 97 or 98, but today its an 83 and falling. I want to delete the hub because it isnt doing well, but dont want to lose my accolade. Does anyone know if I remove an editors choice hub if the accolade goes with it? I have tried editing the hub and nothing seems to change the direction of the score, it just keeps dropping and I dont know what to do :(

I share it alot! Its my article on Bradley Manning. Rarely it gets a good flow of traffic but for the most part traffic goes elsewhere. Its a pretty specific topic and not something a lot of people still think or talk about, try as I might.
