Here's my question do you really need to focus on one topic?

Well my main topic is the effects on everyday issues in the U.S. But since they don't have a topic like that it seems I bounce around on topics. Is that a bad thing if I want to get accepted by google adsence?

the reason I ask is because I have one topic on personal finance another on health weight loss and another on pros and cons of marijuana is this too far stretch from each other or is that okay?
