I prefer a catnap of 15 or 20 minutes personally; if I sleep longer it makes me groggy and more tired. How about you?

It does me too; if I slept like an hour I would have a very hard time falling asleep at night.
I guess you call them power naps and they give me energy too to tackle the rest of the day without keeping me up!
Me too and I get one every day that I can. Sometimes I fall asleep just not more than 5 minutes and if I was truly out and relaxed that will do me too!
Aw I can go a half hour sometimes but usually my body say 15 or 20 minutes will suffice!
I look forward to that too and I do agree with you. Sometimes when we are ill it seems a longer sleep is OK too without causing a problem.
I know that feeling Amanda; my Siamese has the most beautiful eyes and watching her go to sleep is better than a pill!
Yeah; I sure hate to need a nap and not get one! It makes an evening miserable doesn't it? Unless we load up on caffeine and then that can mess up the whole night!
Me too and a nap is not in every days agenda but when it is a short one seems best.
That is the way that I do it, only some days.
I love a Saturday nap since I seem to work harder that day but sometimes I can't get through in time! lol
I simply take when I need it. If I had a poor sleep the previous night then I usually need a nap sometime the following day.
I shove this engine full of vitamins and try to keep it running a little better! lol
If you mean yourself, I only do what my instincts tell me are good for me.
Yes I meant me..and I can tell a difference if I go off them a few days; plus a few other things like cod liver oil pills, V-D, etc.

I think some of us are just going to have to disagree with that. O know it personally is not true for me. I appreciate the info though.
