   What would be a good Amazon product to add to my article about finding an apartment?
   
   I am writing a guide to leasing an apartment. It would include budget tips, questions to ask the staff, understanding your lease. What would be good products to add to my Amazon Capsule? Like a book about saving money, furniture, décor, storage stuff? This is my first time posting an article and would just like to know any suggestions! Thanks

   A camera to snap photos of any damage to the apartment before you move in. Documentation is critical if there really is something wrong. It's saved my butt a couple of times. A few more, I really wish I had known to document better. I've had a few managers pin prior damage on me when it was obviously overlooked by the person doing the walk-through. (I'd include that idea in the guide by the way.)
   
   You've already listed some good ideas. I'd say you just need to be sure you lay out everything in a way that makes sense. Talk about some reasons you like a particular product and why it fits the article. Talk about the book and what advice really helped you out. Talk about furniture or storage stuff that works for you. Talk about why it matches your décor (or any décor if that's your aim).
   
   Remember it's not about selling to everyone, just sharing it with anyone who wants to listen. They're the right people.

   Be cautious using Amazon capsules. To start with today it is recommended to use an in text link instead of a capsule. There are discussions on the topic of Amazon capsules and links in the Forums.
   
   And, the item has to be directly related to the topic of the article or it will be considered promotional. Promotional can cause the article to not be featured. For an article to be indexed on Google it has to be featured.
   
   Not only does it have to be directly related to the topic, but you have to explain why you are recommending it with personal experience. Here is a quote from HubPage FAQ section:
   
   "Please be aware that any products must relate directly to the subject of the article and should contain your personal experience, including significant, useful information or your own opinion about it, beyond what could be found on Amazon's site."
   
   For instance if writing about cooking veggies with a wok it is okay to use an Amazon capsule for a wok that you recommend with experience. If you write an article about planting flowers and place a capsule about garden fountains in it then it will be considered promotional.

      I would suggest this link at the FAQ for how to make money on HP http://hubpages.com/faq/#royalties Amazon for earning is not really the main source for most people. Views with impressions are. You can post at the Forums for more info about Amazon.
