that is really not enough information to even begin troubleshooting. Here are a few questions that you need to answer just to start receiving help.
1) Clarify crash and lost everything that you did
..a) Were you working on your Hub page offline and lost that information on your local hard drive?
..b) or did it you loss everything
..c) are you only assuming that you lost your information because the computer will not boot to the operating system (OS)
....1) Can you boot into safe mode?
....2) If not have you ran a system memory and hard drive diagnostics from the bios
