I don't spend too much time on HubPages anymore, I don't really have the spare time to dedicate to it, but my score stays generally pretty high, in the high 80's. First, you have to drive a constant stream of traffic to your articles. Use other article sites, and write articles, and link them to relevant hubs. Also, bookmark your hubs, and post an RSS feed on the bottom; allow many different sources of traffic to your hubs, and your score will stay relatively high. When you do get on, answer/ask questions, and do something with your lower trafficked hubs. Add content, reorder the existing content, change the layout, or add more keywords.
