SEO experts....How important is it that URL matches title keywords?

I titled a hub, partially typed and saved it. Then I decided a different title would be more appropriate and changed it. I just realized the URL (in the address bar in the search engine) keeps the original title. So my URL does not match my title or intro. Should I ... 1). start a new hub, transfer all the info and delete the old one 2). is there a way to change the URL 3). leave it alone Does this make any sense? I don't know anything really about this stuff...just trying to learn. Forgive me if I am duplicating a question, I didn't find anything on my search that quite answered this.

Thanks for the tip on a good Hub to read. I'm reading that one now and making tweaks to my keywords, summary, tags, capsule sub-titles and comment heading as I go.
