No. I gave up on Yahoo as an also ran when they ruined a perfectly good e-mail system. It became so bad I opened a gmail account and closed my Yahoo mail accounts. Since then I court Google.
I applied for a Google index number and ad it to my websites but that doesn't work for Hubs because I don't control the web page. But now that Google knows who I am they have really taken notice of me and always give me notice in their searches.
You can ask Google to index your hub pages but Hub pages are a top ranked site and that isn't necessary because it happens anyways. Who cares about Yahoo? They shot themselves in the foot now they are slitting their throats with bad management. They should be broke soon enough and be bought out by someone who knows what they are doing.
If you use good key words in your titles, write decent content with some links to good sites and link yourself from places like facebook you will show up in Yahoo searches anyways. Start learning about search optimization.
