Getting help with flagged hub

I just posted a bit ago a request for help on a hub that has been flagged over promotional. I just realized nobody can see the hub in question since the hubpages staff said to unpublish. How do you get someone with experience to look it over and help with it if they can't see it? It has been published for almost 6 months without any problems, positive comments, and positive accolades. I would like to correct the alleged problems flagged by a hubber and not the staff it appears. HOW is what I am asking. If I published it will be reviewed and deleted for ever from what I understand, since there will be no changes made. The desire again was I placed it at hub make over for review. How, again it the question can that be accomplished.

Thank you for your time with this

    Tim

As you were told earlier, if a hub is flagged and there is a problem with it it will be unpublished. If it is flagged and there is nothing wrong with the hub it will not be unpublished.

When a hub is unpublished they usually tell you what is wrong about it and needs fixing.

A hub should only have 2 links to a single URL and you should not link to the same website repeatedly. I don't know what the problem with yours is but no one can answer this but hubpages staff and they will not answer you on the forum, they will email you.

I pointed out earlier, on your other thread, that flagging does nothing to your hub. It just tells staff to look at it. IF the staff deem it unacceptable, they'll unpublish it. If not, they'll leave it.

Also, there is a question mark you can click which opens a window to tell you IF it's a link that's causing the problem. It should say at the top what's the problem or look for that question mark and click on it.

Thank you Dame Scribe. I was not aware of that. I will do that and see if it offers an answer. I appreciate you taking the time to offer this help.

Just went and viewed it in the cache: HERE

And my goodness. Get rid of all those messy looking links! Especially the dictionary definition ones. If people want to know what a word means, they'll Google it. The LESS links you have the HIGHER chance that visitors will click on adverts and make you money.

Hello. OK. I deleted those links - LOL. I just left aq post for you at the other forum question. I deleted the whole thing. NO, not out of anger. I sent it back to engineering. I'll let 'Scotty' take a look at it and check in with my copilot / navigator. Have a great evening and thank you! I'm happy with this experience - a two thumbs up expeience (green thumbs - think green, eh?)

It has 21k views and is one of my best hubs and has performed well obviously for 2.5 years.  Now all of a sudden it is flagged as substandard and blah blah blah. below is the message i received after constantly editing I keep getting different variations of the same message but this is the most recent a few minutes ago.  I am VERY frustrated at this point because I have been on hubpages for 3+ years and have published 100+ hubs that have had views of 200k+ and now im suddenly in the crosshairs of hubpages.  PLEASE someone who knows what they are doing help me figure out EXACTLY what hubpages would like for me to put in my hub before I resubmit the hub again and give them a silly reason to delete my account per the message below.  The message says it "may" instead of saying the exact thing that is the problem.  I find it difficult to understand how a human can review the hub and unpublish it negatively affecting my earning of almost 2 years with this hub and then give a generic description a problem that did not exist before yesterday.  PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!

    Substandard

The quality of this Hub does not live up to HubPages' standards. It may be empty or unfinished, poorly formatted (including having a disallowed capsule in the first full width position), contain broken links or videos, low quality photos or videos, use all capital letters or contain grammar or spelling mistakes that interfere with the readability of the Hub. These factors diminish the value of this Hub to our community.

Please make the changes necessary in order to bring this Hub up to HubPages' standards, and then use the Submit for Publication button. We will review your Hub, and if appropriate, republish it. This process can take up to 72 hours. Hubs without substantial improvement will not be republished, and we will be monitoring any changes made to Hubs after republication.

This information is based on a human review of this Hub, and can only be cleared by HubPages staff. Edit your Hub and then use the "Submit For Publication" button to request that it be reviewed and republished.

Repeatedly submitting Hubs for review that are still in violation of the rules will result in the permanent closure of your account. If you have questions about the rules, please review the FAQ, ask for clarification in the forum, or contact us before submitting your Hub for review.

Well what's the name? We can't see it unless it's still indexed. Have you emailed Hubpages?

the title is "How To Pick A Subject To Rap About."  It has been unpublished and I have resubmitted it 2 times already. I am afraid to resubmit it again in fear of getting my account banned for multiple resubmits.  For almost 3 years and 20k views it was considered "standard" and I have on many occasions added to and taken away content and never had one issue.  I can possible post a screenshot but other than that im lost.  Guess it was nice being a hubber,  who was even in the hubnuggets contest, while it lasted.

          ...did you email staff?

Yes!  The last email said the hub was incomplete or poorly or poorly structured.  My question is why is it that ALL of my hubs are instantly unpublished and sent for moderation when I change even one single word.  I even wrote a new one last night that was about 1200 words long took a couple of hours and it went straight to the moderators for review and was not published until this morning.  I feel like I am being targeted for some reason.  I can understand 1 hub being sent for moderation but not my entire account.  I think that instead of the copy and paste explanations they should do a screen print and use microsoft paint program to notate what it is they would like for the hub to look like and say.  It would make it easier on both parties.  I am frustrated and afraid to resubmit hub because they are threatening to delete my account for repeated submits.  I edited another hub yesterday as well that was active for a while and instead of dealing with the back and forth i just deleted it out of frustration but this particular hub has been one of my top earning hubs.  IDK!

They don't have time... They unpublish thousands of hubs a day.

If several hubs are unpublished they sometimes unpublish them all or put a moderation hold on the account, as it's quicker if they all have the same issues.

I am not trying to resubmit the hub and it now says i cant be resubmitted because it is linked to a prohibited site, so I deleted all links both internal and external to save the hassle and now I cannot even resubmit it now.  It says something about clickbank and I DO NOT USE CLICKBANK!  The warning say click the done editing butting and read the description and fix and resubmit and I have deleted everything but text and pics.  No links are on the page what so ever!  At this point anything short of a phone call may not even help.

                  Here is the cache: http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/s … &gl=au

The best I can suggest is to insert "of" on the first line, push the poll over to the right, break up the text into 2-3 sentence paragraphs, add 1-2 relevant images and a video and see how that goes.

I do hope that things work out for you.  Without viewing the hub I can not offer any opinion or advice, however.

I found the cached version and read through the first few paragraphs.  The hub has a number of grammatical errors.  Do you have someone who can help you fix the errors?   I don't know if that's the reason, but I would imagine it's one of them.  @BenzB

Thanks everyone who is trying to help.  The BIGGER issue is that I have made correction and edits that are different from the cache version.  I have corrected that problem and each time I make the suggested edits and resubmit I have received a reply with a NEW issue.  Here is the NEW response that I am receiving:

This hub contains links to a prohibited site, and cannot be submitted for publication. To learn more about the problem, please click the save unpublished or done editing button and review the warnings at the top of the Hub. Prohibited sites may contain: pop-ups that interfere with site navigation, eBook sales or lead capture forms, or promotions of low quality, dubious, or promotional affiliate content (including Clickbank).

The problem is that I do not even use CLICKBANK.  The site that I was linking to was one of my own with my very own e-book on it.  So to save FURTHER troubles I deleted anything that could have a link in it including my comments and there NO links on the hub at all.  I tried to resubmit the hub and it now says the message about and it will not allow me to go any further.

I feel like a certain way about this situation even with the so called "grammatical errors."  I have hopped about 20 or 30 hubs over the past few days and have noticed that all most all of them were either over promotional, had several "grammatical errors", and even broken English or spun material and yet they remain prominently displayed on hubpages.  Yet my entire account is under scrutiny?  I can not edit or publish even one hub without it being held in limbo for approval.  They are causing more problems than they are offering solutions to.  I guess I will start planning for a life without my 3 year relationship with hubpages.  sad

Run your Hub post in the HTML editor and see if there is any left over code which might have a partial link or something else you may have missed.

That's the only thing I can think of - if you have already checked grammar, links, etc.

Aside from what's been suggested, I did read a few of your other hubs.  They were all full of grammatical errors....really full of them.  I suggest you have someone who is strong in copy editing to review all of your hubs.
