I no longer have floating ads.  I think it was the skyscraper that was floating, but now it is fixed at top right. However, most of the time it is a repulsive image. One of an almost nude cartoon woman with cartoon silicon implants strapped up with 1 inch wide cartoon bandoleras.

My mother came into the office last night while is was commiserating with one of my hubs, and she thought I was viewing gay porn. They need to be more careful about the adverts they allow on here.  Its close to obscene.; I would click away if that popped up on my screen.

BTW we need to be reducing our Amazon capsules to one product per capsule.  Apparently adverts are the suspected culprit.

I saw this one on someone else's hub and agree that this one has to go. It's going to offend too many people.

Ads are fed according to your search pattern especially when logged in (not saying you searched for gay porn...lol).  Visitors are fed ads according to the content. The ads you see are vastly different from what your visitors see. To change the ads you see search a few times for something totally different from what you are now seeing, using the same browser.

Most of my ads are now floral arrangements since those were my major searches during the past week.

This ad is for a game - I have never played an online or role playing game in my life.  My hubs are about pets, specifically pet names. I can't see any correlation.  And for at least a week now this same advert keeps coming up on all of my hubs.

On other sites when I am serfing around, I get ads for dog products, insurance, things I have searched for.  Tryon or whatever that game is must be paying to play on this site.

I just checked two of my hubs randomly, one had the floating 'Related Search' ads on the right, the other didn't, so it seems that HP are picking and choosing which articles to put them on now.

Maybe it's a test to see how it is affecting the hubs???

A new category of hubs has been announced after the roaring success of 'The Chosen Ones'

OTSH  "On The Stairway To Heaven" these hubs are destined for great things and the 'Lift' that goes up and down tells Google to Flag them with a Rocket.
Look for this symbol in your stats.
