Hi Everyone! I am new here in HubPages. I am trying to cope up everything. Hoping you could assist me along the way when I have questions and I am willing to hear all your advice. Many thanks in advance.
Best advice: First, refer to FAQ's under the topic of your pondered question.
If you don't find a satisfactory answer, pick the Forum that relates and post your question there.
Someone will likely answer when posted in that way because certain hubbers watch certain forums for questions where they can be of assistance.
If you randomly post in a forum which is distantly related to that question, you may not get an answer.
Thank you so much for the advice, Rachel. I will keep it.
I'm new to this as well and your suggestion was useful, thanks.
No need to worry my friend. Almost all people here are generous and kind, quality people
Welcome to all new Hubbers. Hone your writing skills, produce unique and interesting articles that people will seek on Google, Bing, and other search engines. Stick to topics that aren't already explained by authoritative sites.
Above all, have fun. It isn't easy to earn money from online writing, but anyone can learn how to provide useful articles on HubPages by browsing the site and absorbing information provided by the site itself and experienced Hubbers.
Good luck!
Thanks for your support Jason, I'm glad that I'm surrounded by people who love the community.
Thank you Jason. Caroline is right. There are many people here who love this community. Thanks to HubPages.
Welcome to all new hubbers here at Hubpages. We are all willing to help so donĀ“t hesitate to ask. Enjoy it here. Have a nice day!
So nice to hear it Thelma. I am now catching on how to make good hub.
Welcome to Hub Pages! Its a fun place , lotsa neat people here
Welcome-- I agree, read all the tutorials and FAQs, and it's also good to browse some of the hubs featured in your category.
Then dive in!
Hi Wiccan Sage! Yeah, I should browse some of them so I can have idea. Thanks.
We were all new once. Reading all the information is a good start, but you will learn a lot by doing. First make sure you are following all of the rules, then get going.
One of the greatest things about HP is that you can always go back and add, delete or edit a published piece. You will always find ways to keep improving, as you add more hubs.
Welcome to HubPages.
Great advice from Wiccan Sage and Rochelle. I was not only new to HP when I started but also new to online writing. Reading the Learning Center was like reading Greek. So I agree that learning by doing and reading other hubs are great ways to learn the ropes. I highly recommend reading the hubs under the Hub Communiy and Tutorials to get info and advice firsthand, written by hubbers based on experience, hits, and misses. Good luck!

I don't know, maybe this is just a disgruntled Rant by myself, alone.I call myself a Writer. By default, this makes me a Reader. And, as someone who has the arrogance to think I am good enough to call myself a writer and a reader, I have opinions, on my works as well as the works of others. So, with...

How long have you been on Hub Pages and why do you stay? The conversations? The people? The income?Although my profile says 3 years, I spent most of that time away from the site. I just recently came back for multiple reasons.

I just wanted to say thanks again to everyone here who was given me tips and suggestions with all of the recent problems I've had on here. My work was said to seem detached, so i took advice and wrote as if i was telling the story to a friend. I feel like my material definitely improved...

All things considered, do you find HubPages worthwhile the time and effort you put into it? So far, do your experiences on the site live up to your expectations? What have you heard other people say about their experiences, and would you recommend someone to join?
