Yes, a Dutch blog on Friesian Horses has my most precious hub in its entirety on their site. It is a hub for dog names; hijacked by some ghoul who has randomly interspersed links to wholesale NFL jersey sites. HP notified me of the potential theft, but had no contact info for them.
The blog is in Dutch and I think it is legitimate, but the ghoul (earjerseyqq150) has made 5 other posts there, you may want to see if one of your hubs is there, especially if it is animal related. I registered to file a complaint with the webmaster. If you do have a hub there, but don't want to register to report the offending post, email me privately and I will give you my password and login for this site.

This happened to me also sometimes back. You can read my forum post given below and comments and advices by other hubbers and how the problem was solved.
Thanks for posting LasanthaW; that was an interesting read. Sounds like you had a very similar case to mine. I'll let you know if they respond to my request - it was in English as my Dutch is rather rusty.
