This time it was a 30 hubs in 30 days and you seem to have made that. Did you set a personal goal of 100 in 30?

Impressive - I've produced one hub in that period. Guess, just not in the mood to write!!

Spelling and grammar suffers a lot when a person goes for quantity rather than quality.
It's things like this that make hub pages look like an amateur site.

Sorry, I have poor grammar and spelling at times. I do not mean to make hupages look bad, I am just not perfect.

      agreed.

now might be a good time to take a break from that quest, do a bit more research on your existing articles, and then use either a dictionary, a thesaurus, or spellcheck to your advantage.

this is yet another shining example of just how meaningless the hub scores and author scores really are.

I don't care how upset people get, spelling and grammar ARE important. Quality writing is needed to keep a site high in those ratings. You earned your money because other people on this site take the time to write quality articles with attention to spelling and grammar. I haven't read your hubs so I don't know what they are like. Most people do not get nasty about it but they are entitled to their opinions.

Nice flounce post by the way...

hi lady_e, it started with his original comment  - see galleryofgrace's reply.  things started going downhill shortly thereafter when i threw in my two copper-coated brass cents' worth - see darkside's reply.

the last anyone has heard or seen of him is when a giant fur ball of ruffled feathers was spotted heading toward the badlands of new mexico.   i hope he's packing some water.

He's still here. I just checked his profile.

Maybe there will be a market for people who don't care about spelling and grammar. There is a segment of the population who thinks that spelling "You" as "u" is perfectly normal. It's bound to creep into the general scheme of things much like "dougnut" has become "donut" in many places.

Yes Nelle I quite often find myself staring at spellcheck twice and then relising, how many bad spelling habits I had picked up.

I before E except after C.....boy am I old lol

I never respond to them on fum threads. If they can't be bothered to write in a way that makes it easy for me to read, I can't be bothered to read it.

And I think you meant, "doughnut." lol

If a person can do 50 hubs in 14 days, good for them. But invest another 7 to 14... hours in doing a spell check and adding a photo for each hub.
