Earning from Amazon and eBay - which is the better option?
I have only tried eBay for my hubs. It pays per click. There is no direct sales commission from them as far as I know. But I have no idea about how much Amazon pays in HubPages. If anybody can clarify to me that which one is better- Amazon vs eBay, I shall be obliged.
As you pointed out, eBay pays per click. I also think there is a commission for sales/won auctions that originate from those clicks. Amazon has a rate structure for sales related to your ads. I've only had the eBay ads on my hubs for about a month and have gotten more money from four clicks on 3 hubs than I've gotten for all of my Amazon capsules that I've put on just about every hub (over 50) that I've posted for the last six months. Amazon starts with a 4% commission for the first 6 or 7 items sold. It goes up to 6% after that. I've not gotten enough to worry about higher brackets. Hope this helps. Of course, different people might get different results.

eBay is changing its affiliate scheme in October and there is one HUGE change which has been sneaked in.Their cookie is now a 24-hour cookie, same as Amazon. For Hubbers, that makes eBay effectively worthless and I strongly recommend you remove your eBay capsules! Amazon will now be a...

I really don't know what to do...keep using Amazon capsules or change to Ebay due to the easier report in HubPages. Help would be good in this case.
