Can I use the same introduction paragraph for each hub related to the same topic?
No, hubpages will flag your hubs as duplicate content if you use things to closely word for word. This goes for any paragraph. I attempted this myself and it was 100 words, and I can't post that paragraph anymore in some article ideas i have despite it fitting for that particular hub.
