Hub Scores - No Rhyme or Reason!
How does a Hub which has for months consistently held a score of between 98 and 100 suddenly in just one day end up with a score of 89? There has been a dramatic shift in order of all my Hubs stats, could this be because I changed the Amazon set up to the new one?
I also notice that all the current top Hubs are all Editors Choice - anyone else noticed a dramatic change in their Hub Stats?
Correction, they are not all Editors Choice but they feature pretty high up there.
Copy and paste a "sentence or two of your text" *with the inverted commas) in google, sallybea . It might be that someone has stolen your hub. That's generally the problem when traffic and score drops for me.
It may be for various reasons: A change in traffic, or in the ad service, in the search engine(s), etc.The list goes on.
I do find it rather extraordinary but the hub which it replaced has had a lot of pins which might make it more popular at the moment although the Hub which has gone down still has the best views of all. One never knows!
When there are changes/updates in the search engines, and such, that affects us because our Hubs and ads are not shown as usual until it is back to normal.

Can anyone here make rhyme or reason out of the HP scoring system? For example, I have a high-traffic hub with a low score, and then other thoroughly researched articles, with graphs and everything else, but which do not necessarily have high traffic, but which may share a similar score (as the high...

For a good number of weeks my hubber score has hovered around the 100 mark. Two days ago it started falling, and as I write this, it is down to 89! If this keeps up, it will be 0 in a week! No rhyme or reason to it, but it leaves me wondering why this is happening. I know...

On Friday, April 3rd, I chose two of my hubs with the highest hub scores and made one, distinct change. On Saturday, after seeing the results, I did the same thing to six more. First I will give my results, then I will explain what I did. Two hubs changed on Friday with results as...

I'd like to suggest we get rid of Hubber Score - and perhaps even Hub Scores. They:- are constantly misunderstood;- cause a lot of upset and grief in the forums; and- encourage newbie Hubbers to direct their efforts in entirely wrong directionsFor instance, I've known newbie Hubbers stop...

Just had a big drop on my profile score. And all my hubs were featured along with a steady 10 Editors Choice. I say 'were' because 3 were just unfeatured and I don't know what to do about that. My views are over 945,000. Boo-hoo. Hubpages doesn't love me anymore!
