Microsoft Update for Blue Win HD LTE phone caused MMS error: 225

   The last automated update to my phone caused so much damage. Facebook & Messenger app disappeared and now I can't send group messages or pictures or receive them.
   
   So I chatted twice with Straighttalk customer service. Besides not having the manual for my phone, they are reading off a screen and if the answer isn't there....
   
   The error message reads:
   
   Can't send
   We're having trouble sending your message.
   The MMS service isn't activated on the cellular network. MMS error: 225
   
   Straighttalk wants me to change the Access Point (which is really the SIM settings) to this:
   
   
   Name: Reseller     (it used to be STRAIGHT_TALK)
   
   APN: Reseller
   
   Proxy: proxy.mvno.tracfone.com
   
   Port: 80
   
   Username: (blank)
   
   Password: (blank)
   
   Server: (blank)
   
   MMSC: http://mmsc.mobile.att.net MMS
   
   Proxy: proxy.mobile.att.net MMS
   
   Port: 80
   
   MCC: 310
   
   MNC: 410
   
   Authentication Type: (blank)
   
   APN Type: default,mms,supl
   
   Still doesn't work!
   
   
   
   So:
   
   MMSC: http://mmsc.mobile.att.net MMS    was changed to    http://mmsc.mobile.att.net
   
   Proxy: proxy.mobile.att.net MMS  was changed to    proxy.mobile.att.net
   
   Still nothing! I really don't want to have to buy a new phone! My windows phone may be now even more limited on apps with the loss of Facebook/Messenger and MeWe not wanting to make their app available, but I have never had a phone that was that indestructible! It's perfect for someone working outside a lot. It simply won't break!
   
   I could really use some help here!

   Hi Cat,
   
   At first I thought this was a spam message, but I realise you are a legitimate hubber. However, this is not really the right place for this question. This forum is for new hubbers to ask for help with writing here.
   
   If you are lucky someone might be able to help if they've had a similar experience with a Windows phone, but you should really take your phone back to the retailer. I doubt if anyone here is a phone expert.
