I was just wondering if you could delete comments. Still a newbie!
Enter your comment capsule and check out the option where it says that comments will show on your hub only after you have approved them (tick the little box on the left next to the option). Then you will receive an e-mail each time someone leaves you a comment and it is up to you to approve or deny.
I always make sure the top two check boxes are checked before I publish. The one is automatic (the "email me" option), so I have to remember to add the check to the first box every time. Saves a lot of grief and nonsense in the long run - especially from spammers
Comments you are able to delete will show a button that reads "delete."
If and for how long that option stays open will vary a bit depending on whether the comment is on one of your own Hubs, in the forum or on someone else's Hub.
Even if you have approved a comment you have an option to deny that in your own hubs.

I apologize, but it seems a "Best" answer was chosen on my question when I did not choose it. I hope the HP Team can help me or someone can inform me why that happened! I noticed it via my phone and I knew that I did not choose an answer and I was not going to do so any time...
