It was one of my favorite hubs, and was looking to include it in a backlink. Why was it pulled?
It is of my opinion, that maybe Hubpages.com needs to rewrite their bylaws. Because something is definitely wrong when a hub is allowed to be online and published for several months, then all of sudden they are gone because of "new" mysterious hub rules. What gives?
You want us to use backlinks, you want us to help promote other hubbers great work. Well I'm getting pretty tired of the staff pulling hubs, and making me re-edit my work all the time. This has happen to me four times now.
Hubpages do explain yourself please. And yes, yet again, I will expect my hubscore to drop because of this vocalized complaint. But seriously how do you expect us to be "good" teamplayers, when you counteract us all the time?
Kimberly is revising it but it isn't HP they have to comply with AdSense policy here is the link from Paul Deeds http://hubpages.com/forum/topic/44355 I hope this answers your question.
Well hell far AE, this is happening everywhere. IE had a two hubs that had been published for over a year, and were well within adsense bi-laws. But, apparently she ticked some people off, including one of the hubpages.com staff members, and bam her hubs were pulled. One had been viewed over 20,000 times.
Something is up here. And as I said before, I'm getting sick and tired of trying to be a team player here, and then to have to have to re edited my freaking hubs again. Somethings not right.
RK,
I recieved the same e-mail where did it say that a hubber flagged her content? It said her hub was in violation of TOS that does not mean that someone flagged the hub. I understand your frustration but I would recommend e-mailing HP team@hubpages.com and ask them the questions. The thread that Paul started is for a better understanding of why hubs are being revised. It is Google and they have to stay in compliance just relax it will get better and Izzy was only trying to assist. Stop being so naughty!
Google is God. Google is God. Google is God.
Let that be your mantra and stop accusing hubbers of flagging hubs which they obviously didn't.
Whe Google change their rules, we have to change our hubs, regardless of viewing figures..
Well when a email states, that their hubs have been flagged by another hubber. What then, not state the facts?
Think you know it all, get a clue?! I don't just write stuff and say things to get my rocks off, I actually have reason behind my words, unlike yourself.
You don't have any reason behind your words, besides utter ignorance and arrogance. I think you owe Izzy an apology
You never mentioned earlier about an email? Maybe I missed that bit...
But you know, even if someone flags hub, that doesn't automatically means it gets pulled. Hubpages staff then have to review the hub.
IF that hub falls outside of Google's new rules, it gets pulled but of course the author can resubmit after changing a word or two.
Can't believe Misha got a forum ban for his reply above, when he stated the truth.
banned for what?? for the above statement? I've seen far worse in some political threads. I wondered where he is. I was beginning to wonder if he was one of the russian spys. (jk, misha)
I also thought rk's statement was rather over the edge.

HubPages has this wonderful feature called Hub Hopping or Hub Hop to flag low-quality/copied/spam content. I know some hubbers do use this and help HP staff weed out the substandard content. Here's one more reason why everyone should 'hub hop.' I came across this thread on a Google...

I would like to make a suggestion to the TEAM here on HUB Pages. I feel that it would be a positive improvement here on the HUB, if all of the activity that is perpetuated by Hubbers, were made known. For instance... apparently - anyone can go around giving thumbs UP or DOWN to a fellow...

This forum is a place for you to post hubs that you think are clearly of low quality and need flagging. Committed hubbers should follow this forum and check these hubs posted for quality when they have the time. If a hub has been clearly copied (for example from a PDF file that the plagiarism...

So .... I was just flagged for a hub I wrote last night. It was flagged as a duplicate.I didn't even cite anything in this hub. I quoted a bunch of stuff in my Anaconda piece and none of it was flagged as duplicate, so someone must have copied and pasted my new hub. Everything on...

The question of whether poetry Hubs should have 400-word minimums came up in this thread a few minutes ago:http://hubpages.com/forum/topic/70203#post1528809I've been puzzling about what to do with poetry Hubs I've found while hopping. I haven't flagged any of them, because poetry is a unique...
