I put up a thread how to get +1 on Google Search:

I visited your hubs to read your hub on this and while there read your hub on 100 back links and joined SocialMonkee.
Question, when spinning he mentions to separate the words or phrases with a divider (which looks like a straight line) what character is that? Thanks for the answer, dumb question I know but I want to be sure to use the correct one.

Now is it just me or is this type of moderation a little over the top. No where did the op talk about, insinuate, allude to or abject to anything about article spinners.
Is it just me or has this place just gone to the pack?
And, because my account will probably be closed now and I am banned for life because I have pointed out a simple anonymity thank you to all those who have supported me in the past. Last forum thread I made I woke up the next day to five unpublished hubs. It does not help to be a little outspoken around here
However, Katiem2 did ask about using spinners, and you did provide her with an answer: http://hubpages.com/forum/post/1585855. That could be construed as encouragement to use them.
Well I do not know what to say.
You've flagged five of my hubs because I promote ethical article spinning. Wow I never knew that.
Well I am surprised.. 576 followers and one doesn't like internet marketers who promote a Clickbank product. Wow ... and furthermore Haunty, I believe I was one of your greater supporters when you first joined hubpages... thanks for nothing...
You can always do what you are currently saying in your profile and leave for your own sites. There you can post as many spun articles as you possibly can. And fare well.
Unbelievable.. you have a very short memory
My style of writing does not fit in with the Hp model so whats the big deal? All of my hubs are about ethical use of spinners. Never have I promoted anything unethical with the use of the software.
Katie asked how do you find the | on your keyboard. Now that CAN be construed as encouragement to use them. I must be having a bad night, because frankly, what are you talking about I have no idea. Article spinning is [spin]word|word2|word3[/spin] not its the | above your enter key.
Here is what she asked: "Question, when spinning he mentions to separate the words or phrases with a divider (which looks like a straight line) what character is that?"
You provided the answer, apparently. This exchange between you and Katiem2 may have been what caused it to be moderated. Only a moderator would know for sure.
Isn't there a place for article spinning in the real world ? If it was thought an advantage to have the same article in several places but in different forms - ie written differently - what is the difference between a re-written and a spun article ?
Also - don't we need to know about spinners as this is probably a normal way that our hubs are stolen and put back on the net by the not so stupid as to put them up as is ?
Surely a hub on article spinning cannot bae agianst any rule when the pages says - you can write hubs on anything you want ? Using them off Hubpages is not an issue for Hubpages, and I understand that Misha et al are very successful with them?
Just saying . . .
To get back to Katie's comment - it was about spinning descriptions for articles submitted to SocialMonkee, not about spinning whole articles, and was not about HubPages at all.
It seems that we are between a rock and a hard place - we need to backlink our hubs, this takes time, so what are we supposed to do?
Thank you - it was Question, when spinning he mentions to separate the words or phrases with a divider (which looks like a straight line) what character is that?
And the answer was its above your enter key with caps. That's all. Nothing about spinning software or anything else, just where is the | on the keyboard. Sheesh....
Now back to my opening thread. It might be obvious to the bystander that on first impressions that is what one would think. Jump to conclusions. The responses so far have proved that.
Now if that is happening with our hubbers, misguided as they are, what does that say for moderation?
The point I was trying to make was it was a question about SocialMonkee and not a question about HubPages (or article spinning software for that matter.)
Now back to my opening thread. It might be obvious to the bystander that on first impressions somewhere article spinning was the topic that is what one would think. Jump to conclusions. The responses so far have proved that.
Now if that is happening with our hubbers, misguided as they are, what does that say for moderation?
Where is that thing on my keyboard, anyway. I've forgotten. I use a German keyboard, in case anyone can tell me.
Hey Terry, just because YOU claim to use article spinners "ethically", doesn't mean they can be USED on HP.
I realize you like to argue, just for the sake of arguing, but article spinner software, regardless of how they are used are against HP's TOS. Thus, making them a Violation.
But I do not use them on Hubpages.
The latest senuke does, evo11 does. Both software automatically joins, checks emails, posts spun content.
I don't have any spun material on hp and have never said I did.
Sure I threatened one guy I would rewrite his 760 hubs but that was all in good fun.
Seriously, I am not the enemy here.
| is a pipe
Its quite sad to hear that topics are now being blacklisted that have nothing to do with adsense TOS.
Using a spun article here at HP where it is deemed against TOS and talking about a very common practice in Internet Marketing are quite different. MAny article directories could give half a shit whether the submissions they receive are spun or not and as a result they get lots of spun articles! If your learning about article marketing, you better know what "spinning" is whether you use software or do manual rewrites.
Personally, article spinners bore me, I could never get into writing spintax, that doesnt mean Im going to stay in the dark about something the majority of my competition is taking advantage of.
Thanks Sunforged. Any idea how I do one, so to speak?
German Keyboard?
I think your key will have these options?

Yes - thank you!
How do you know all these things?

I know using a spinner is a violation of policy. I think a couple of hubbers had some issues with talking about spinners. If that's the case, why are hubs about article spinning ok? There are some with the code included. Are they allowed?

Hi allSorry if this question is answered elsewhere on here, but I just wanted to ask if anybody knows of a way to report articles that have obviously been generated using spinning software? I was Hub Hopping today and came accross one such article - the first capsule was ok, completely coherent....

How is it that one person has the ability to go through all your hubs and with a few clicks, take them all down? For instance: http://hubpages.com/hub/Marrying-a-Philippines-Girl(I realize it is down at the moment, but go to google and type site:http://hubpages.com/hub/Marrying-a-Philippines-Girl...

As I read and try to learn about the internet, I keep running across people talking about content spinners. Isn't the content that they create considered duplicate content? Or not? Does anyone use them for any other applications? Are there good applications for them? I'm curious on what everyone...
