http://hubpages.com/hub/Credit-Repair-H … dit-Report
This hub specifically talks about repairing your own credit and not how to consolidate credit cards or other debts.
The first time I contact HubPages about it I received this response. Yet the warning was not removed.

Hello,
Many programs that offer credit repair services involve debt consolidation. Hubs written on this topic must be of exceptional quality and can not contain affiliate links. High-quality, informative Hubs like yours on this topic are welcome, as long as they do not contain affiliate links."
When I contacted HP a second time, asking when the warning will be removed from my hub, a different team member said, the hub is on debt consolidation and the warning will not be removed.
Can someone tell me, I am no crazy?
If you are crazy, that makes two of us. I certainly found no reference to debt consolidation. The closest I saw was a comment that some companies could repair your credit rating, but you can do the same thing yourself if you so choose.
The only suggestion I might offer is a third letter, explaining that the hub is on credit repair and has absolutely nothing to do with, nor any reference to, debt consolidation.
I didn't catch any affiliate links, but you might go over it one more time for any possible affiliate links. Sometimes they are easy to gloss over and miss.
We address this here:

(under "I got a warning on my Hub")
The warning itself won't go away, but remember, only you and admins can see it. If your Hub complies (is of exceptional quality and has no affiliate links), which it seems to, then you can safely ignore the warning.
Jason, I received an additional warning, that the hub is Iin danger of being unpublished.
The only warning I see (again, which only admins and you can see) is:
CONTENT WARNING: This Hub appears to be about getting out of debt
It appears this Hub might be about getting out of debt, a topic which has become saturated with low-quality Hubs published by affiliate marketers. Because of this, Hubs written on this topic must be of exceptional quality and can not contain affiliate links. Hubs that don't comply with our rules can be unpublished. However, high-quality, informative Hubs without affiliate links on this topic are welcome!
Are you seeing an additional warning beyond this?
Jason, this is what I am seeing:
This Hub may be about debt consolidation, a topic area which has become saturated with low-quality Hubs, so moderator approval is required of all edits that you make to it. Since you have recently made edits to this Hub, it will soon be unpublished until it is approved by our moderation team. Once this Hub is approved, you will receive an email letting you know that your Hub has been cleared for publication and republished.
If you would prefer to make additional changes prior to a moderator reviewing this Hub, click on "Edit" and then on "Unpublish Now." Then when you are ready to publish this Hub, click on "Submit For Publication."
If you feel that your Hub is not about debt consolidation, please contact us at team@hubpages.com
Hi 2besure - Yes, I see now. That's put in place because otherwise, people could publish a Hub on a restricted topic like this without any links, have it pass muster, and then return later and slip in some affiliate links. It happens!
It should get republished in a few days; I would try to get any edits you want in now before a moderator approves it, so it won't get unpublished again if you want to make additional edits.
Interested to see how this plays out.
The warning says you made an "Edit" to the hub after the initial e-mails. Am I reading this right 2besure?
The hub is published still(which I enjoyed reading btw), and if you try to fix any possible violations you will be unpublished?
That is how the message is read.
I would take the first e-mail to say you need to check the hub and make any edits needed to avoid being unpublished. Sounds like you were doing that with the editing.
Now, you do what any of us would do and you are told you will soon be unpublished for doing what was expected of you?
The same message appeared on a few of my hubs which have no affiliate links. I made a little editing for formatting and submitted for publishing. Instantly, within minutes they are all unpublished with the mark of 'substandard', wrong title, tags, etc. I have e-mailed and am waiting for reply.
There is no warning of pixelated images. Anyway let's see what the admin has to say.

Today one of my hub was unpublished by Hubpages stating that it is on a forbidden topic. I never knew debt which is one of the highest paying topic in adsense is a forbidden topic at Hubpages. What are your thoughts on the new affiliate link affiliate link blanket rule? Do you think it will reduce the tsunami of spam hubs that spammer hubbers are publishing or will it make no difference at all?Personally I have had three Hubs flagged and placed in no mans land for affiliate links even...

Does the warning mean it is unpublished, or that it may be unpublished later on?My hub breaking free paying off credit card debt is about budgeting. A snowball debt elimination in which you find out what is the best way to pay down your debt. For example, is it better to pay off the lowest balance...
