My Travel Diary
This page is a sort of, travel diary. I live in Florida, so there will be a lot of photos from trips around our sunny state.
This page is a continuous work in progress. I still have a lot to add, and will be adding more in the future.
I have it kinda mixed up. Some trips are listed by year and others are not.
The image on the left is of Casa Loma in Toronto, and is from our most recent trip to Canada.
This was my second visit to Niagara Falls. I have no photos from our first visit, I was sure we took some kind of pictures, but have not been able to find a single one. I am guessing it was probably because we did the Cave of the Winds and Maid of the Mist. Anyway I made sure I got some pics this go around.
These are actually from our last day in Canada. We spent a few days in Toronto and stopped at Niagara on the way back into the states.

I will be adding some more photos to this section. We had a great time in Toronto, I just have not found the time to put the pictures together. We visited Toronto Zoo, Casa Loma and more. Check back for more on this trip.
For now below you will find our visit to CN Tower and Casa Loma.
2008 Road Trip
First Stop Washington D.C.
Second Stop Philadelphia
This had been my 2nd visit to Philadelphia. My first was on a school field trip as a child. I never forgot seeing the Liberty Bell, the horse and carriages riding down the neat cobblestone and brick paved roads.
When we were deciding on this trip I suggested this stop. My youngest daughter was entertained by the numerous actors, throughout the city, dressed in colonial garb.

The Betsy Ross House - The birthplace of the American Flag!
I recall this the most from my childhood visit to Philadelphia. It seemed a lot bigger as a child though. From what I can remember they must not have allowed photos inside, otherwise I would have some. Click on this image for the virtual tour of the inside of the house.

There is more to see and do than I have shown here. I have many more photos from our visit, but the best way for you to enjoy the history is to explore the city yourself. I recommend a visit to Philadelphia if you are in the area, it is worth the stop!
